I firmly believe in creating a positive, nurturing and fun environment for learning so that students can work confidently towards achieving their full potential as a singer.  

As a singing teacher of over 25 years experience, my goal is for students to establish a solid vocal technique based upon correct posture, breathing and vocal production. From this solid foundation, students have the necessary skills and knowledge to sing a variety of genres and styles and can perform various vocal techniques safely and with ease.

I encourage students to explore their voices and to be creative so they can discover their own unique style and individual sound.

Over the years, I have seen how the study of singing/performing arts can play a vital role in students gaining confidence in themselves as both performers and as individuals and this has been a very rewarding aspect of my teaching career.
